I Once Thought Trees Could Sing But it Was All in my Head

When I was a child, I thought that bird songs were produced by trees. I came to this conclusion having clearly heard a cacophony of birds, none of which were visible. The idea behind this installation is somehow to revisit this memory, to give it life. Sensors concealed in the branches of a tree collect data that triggers and modifies simulated bird sounds.
